Covid 19 Safety Information

 I will be taking the following precautions to ensure your safety. These will be regularly updated following the most up to date government guidelines.

Please read these guidelines before your appointment to know what to expect and how your appointment will proceed.

Social Distancing it is accepted that maintaining physical distancing measures will not be possible during the treatment itself, however in line with current government guidelines, social distancing must be maintained at all other times, for example, when you are arriving and during the consultation process. This is 2 metres from others where possible.

Hand Sanitiser I will provide Neals Yard Remedies Natural Defense Spray when available (70% alcohol, with organic Tea Tree and Lemongrass essential oils) on arrival.

Face Masks I will wear a face shield visor and a face mask throughout your appointment and ask that you wear your own face mask before you enter the building, if you arrive without a face mask I will provide one for you. When lying face down for your massage you can remove your mask, however I will ask you to wear your mask when you are lying face up and for the rest of your time in the building.

On arrival, you will be asked to fill out a pre-treatment consultation form.

What to bring for your safety, please bring your own water, face mask and attend your appointment alone.

Payment Please pay by Card or Bank transfer, Catherine will provide these details at your appointment.

Heightened Hygiene I will ensure all contact areas are disinfected between each client, including (but not limited to) massage couch, door handles, surface areas and equipment.

Ventilation I will keep the windows open for natural circulation of air in between each treatment. I will always ensure good circulation of fresh air into the therapy room, if you would like the windows open during your treatment please request this.
